Footwear Returns

• Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
• Condition: Unworn, original packaging, all tags attached
• Return Shipping: FREE for US domestic returns
• Exchanges: Free size/color exchanges for US domestic orders
• Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days after inspection

Warranty: 1-year coverage for manufacturing defects including sole separation, stitching failures, and material defects.

Appliance Returns

• Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
• Condition: Original packaging, unused, undamaged
• Defective Items: FREE pickup arranged
• Non-Defective Returns: $79 restocking/pickup fee
• Refund Timeline: 7-10 business days after pickup and inspection

Warranty: 5-year full parts and labor on all mechanical and electrical components under normal residential use. In-home service by authorized technicians at no charge.

Furniture Returns

• 100-Day Comfort Trial: Live with it for up to 100 days
• Condition: Normal use wear is acceptable. Must be free of stains, tears, or pet damage
• Return Shipping: FREE pickup, including disassembly if needed
• Refund Timeline: 7-10 business days after pickup and inspection

Warranty: Lifetime warranty on frame & springs. 3-year warranty on cushions, foam, and fabric against defects. Free replacement parts during warranty period.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Footwear without original packaging or tags
• Items damaged through misuse or negligence
